The challenge
After a period of rapid growth, BeatBox Beverages – the bold alcoholic drink brand, backed by Shaquille O’Neal – wanted to bring together their wholesale and distributor network for a one-of-a-kind experience.
The team wanted to recognise and reward top-performing partners, strengthen community connections, and build excitement for the year ahead. They came to emc3 looking for an event that would feel more like a B2C activation than a B2B summit: something immersive, social, and memorable that could celebrate success and fuel future sales momentum.


The solution
In comes Camp BeatBox – a fully immersive, camp-themed experience hosted over two locations: the Illuminarium in Las Vegas and the Canary Hall in Nashville.
The Illuminariums’s 360° projection technology and interactive environment allowed us to turn every wall, surface, and space into part of the story, creating a dynamic “campground” atmosphere unlike anything guests had experienced before. Its digital capabilities meant we could completely brand the space, greeting attendees with BeatBox’s signature colour, energy, and personality as soon as they walked through the door.
Across both days, the Campfire Welcome, where BeatBox founders set the tone for the day with an inspiring kick-off speech, attendees were split into teams and rotated through themed tents and activity zones designed to educate, entertain, and energise:
- Cocktail Quest: Mixologists led interactive drink-making sessions showcasing BeatBox’s versatility.
- Fishing Derby: A creative spin on “reeling in the revenue” through collaborative sales strategy.
- Disruption Den: Forward-focused discussions on innovation and market opportunities.
- Party Grounds & Hype Hut: High-energy games, competitions, and team challenges.
- Creative Corner: On-site custom printing station for branded takeaways.
Attendees then gathered once more for the Campfire Awards Ceremony – a rewarding celebration recognising distributors who had gone above and beyond. The founders took to the stage, offering heartfelt thanks to the partners who fuelled BeatBox’s momentum.
The evenings built into a full-scale celebration, complete with entertainment, drinks, and the freedom for delegates to explore the venue’s immersive environments one final time.



The result
Camp BeatBox brought together 250+ distributors through two immersive activations; together we transformed a standard B2B gathering into an expression of its brand: bold, inclusive, and unforgettable.
The feedback spoke volumes – internal survey results from Vegas and Nashville revealed outstanding ratings across every measure, and 100% of attendees confirmed they plan to attend future events. A clear sign that community-first experiences drive deeper loyalty and lasting impact.
