Purpose
As a Producer you will play an important role in implementing our clients’ objectives. Working in collaboration with colleagues in the Client services, Creative and Design disciplines, you will strive to deliver your project on time, on budget and on brief.
You will play an integral part in championing your area of Live expertise within the business, in addition to providing excellent service to our clients, ensuring commercial success for emc3 and the continued growth and development of your competency across the agency’s live team. Working on a range of events and clients including some of our largest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of projects, or project areas, leading teams to deliver based on skill and experience for the client
- Responsibility for the creation and ongoing management of project timelines and plans to ensure programmes are on track, providing regular status updates to the Project Lead
- Development and management of budgets, including post event reconciliation
- Management of key suppliers, ensuring delivery of their project area is delivered within budget and to a quality in line with client and emc3 expectations
- Briefing creative and design teams on project requirements and ensuring that the output from these teams falls within overall project timeline
- Accountability for the quality of projects delivered within your remit, including the provision of operational expertise to the client as required
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure successful delivery of client goals and expectations
- Providing key project updates to clients via a mixture of different channels
- Partner with the Executive Producers to provide support on deliverables, managing client expectations accordingly
- Collaborate with Executive Producers to ensure we successfully meet the clients’ objectives and deliver great results
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on small-scale projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals
- Support the project cycle to ensure the creative and innovative ideas fulfil the client brief
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the creative process, recognising the importance of the strategic objectives and ensuring they drive the overall output
- Attend key meetings to provide input / expertise related to production elements within your remit
- Drive cross-agency collaboration to ensure an aligned approach for meeting client objectives
- Accountable for profitability all project deliverables within your scope
- Ensure projects are consistently on brief, on time and on budget
- Responsible for obtaining, reviewing and responding to vendor quotes, ensuring we are working with our approved partners and vendors, with regular negotiations to drive value, profitability and efficiency
- Accountable for PO creation / distribution
- Support the Executive Producer with the timely and accurate management of budget reconciliations (often across multiple currencies)
- Validate vendor invoices and managing change orders (including notifying the project lead)
- Support the pitch lead by managing all Integrated emc3 elements of the pitch process
- Responsible for providing timely, accurate support on RFP responses including budgeting and supplier liaison
- Attend and present pitch presentations when required
- Actively promote emc3 through best practice

- Proven success managing complex projects with multiple moving parts, while keeping a strategic view.
- Skilled in building and managing detailed budgets and timelines with accuracy and accountability.
- Experienced in leading workstreams and contributing meaningfully within large collaborative teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of conferences, exhibitions, and digital events.
- Adept at integrating digital, social media, and tech solutions to deliver innovative event experiences.
- Skilled at guiding clients with confidence and elevating their expectations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, able to clearly pitch ideas and lead meetings.
- Solid background in live event production with experience leading mid-to-large scale projects.
- Proficient in financial software and confident managing budgets with precision and insight.
This is a full-time position that may require travel and occasional work outside standard business hours.
