Your team is your biggest asset. Your first audience and best advocates. Engaged people engage people.
If they’re bought in they will radiate that to your customers, and that bottom line looks much healthier.

Internal events is the key to unlocking:
  1. Faster alignment = faster execution.
  2. Stronger culture = higher retention (and better hiring)
  3. Better collaboration = fewer silos
  4. Higher confidence = better customer outcomes
  5. Institutional Memory = consistency at scale

Let’s set the scene, you’ve secured the investment for your internal event, great.

But here lies the issue: companies spend real money and real human energy to gather people, and then design the experience like a calendar invite.

Stop designing events.
Start designing business outcomes.

Successful internal events begin with the organisational change you want to create – not the venue, agenda or production. Every decision should support a clear business objective.

Global internal event case studies

Rapid7: A global kick-off people actually looked forward to

We’ve partnered with Rapid7 since 2019 to deliver its global kick-off events, working collaboratively across event branding, theming, messaging and content.

For AMP, we built the experience around music and partnered with a producer from Hamilton to bring the theme to life across the event.

The production went on to win multiple awards, including Best Internal Communications Event of the Year from Conference & Incentive News.

LinkedIn global sales kick-offs, delivered at scale

We’ve partnered with LinkedIn for more than a decade, delivering internal and external events around the world, including global sales kick-offs in Malaga, Singapore and Las Vegas.

We also supported the growth of LinkedIn Talent Connect from 500 to more than 3,000 attendees over five years, providing end-to-end event management, registration and complex logistics through Cvent.

Talent Connect went on to win Best Conference at the C&IT Awards, recognising its creativity and immersive experience design.

HP One Global Kick Off internal event

HP One Global Kick Off

For HP’s One Global Kick Off in Austin, emc3 partnered with executive leadership to create an internal event focused on clarity, performance and leadership excellence.

We worked with senior stakeholders to shape the content framework, ensuring each session supported HP’s objectives and gave teams clear, actionable direction.

The programme required constant adaptation as requirements changed. We remained a steady partner throughout, helping deliver an experience that achieved record-breaking attendee scores.

Executive retreat at Stanley Ranch

Genuine connection, without the noise

For our client’s inaugural executive retreat, we brought 130 leaders together at Stanley Ranch for an internal event designed around one simple idea: less noise, more space.

Slow mornings, intention setting and phone-free time created space for better conversations, while golf, rally car driving and relaxed dinners gave attendees different ways to connect.

With everything behind the scenes taken care of, the team could stay focused on the people in the room. The result was a retreat that felt considered, not crowded — and genuinely worth stepping away for.
