What you’ll be doing

Content Development

Work with the client to build and finalise all content, including experiential elements, to best suit their themes, messaging and event goals.

On-Site Event Support

Attend and work at events to deliver content and support speakers and session owners on-site through rehearsals and the final live event.

Team Coordination

Coordination of the event, design & production team to ensure smooth delivery of all content and communicate all updates efficiently with the client.

Pitch and Proposal Support

Support on pitches and proposals & internal content development for company kick-offs, all-hands, onboarding presentations.


Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to build and finalise an engaging and varied agenda.
  • Conceive and develop creative ideas around additional agenda points such as host links, transitions and beginning/end of show.
  • Identify topics, areas of interest and potential speakers for events (working alongside the Talent team).
  • Ensure all content and show running documentation are up to date, including evaluating and developing templates, for live, virtual and hybrid event types. 
  • Supporting research & development of strategic, content and creative workshops.
  • Suggest experiential, innovative and immersive experiences and activations that will support the clients messaging and enhance the audience experience.
  • Understand and implement all client brand, TOV and messaging guidelines.
  • Create housekeeping and host speaker notes as required.
  • Collect and collate all final presentation decks from session owners for General Session and/or breakouts.
  • Work with the design project manager to ensure all the latest assets are correct and are shared with the production team 
  • Liaise with track/session owners to ensure production team understands content requirements.
  • Liaise with production team ensuring technical ROS aligns with client’s vision.
  • Create speaker briefing documents.
  • Hold speaker briefing calls and Q&As.
  • Plan and run pre-event rehearsals alongside Show Caller & Stage Managers.
  • Oversee stage management of General Session & Breakout teams.
  • Liaise with design to ensure any print/branding and event app including speakers or ROS is correct and up-to-date.
  • Quality check all content to ensure it is consistent with client brand guidelines.

Who we are looking for?

Experience

A minimum of 5 year’s experience working in large-scale events, conferences or tradeshows.

Agenda Expertise

A thorough understanding of agenda building, experience design and optimising the audience journey.

Client Relations

Great client rapport building skills.

Communication Skills

Excellent written and visual communication skills, with high attention to detail and ability to quality control large amounts of content.

Industry Knowledge

Up-to-date knowledge of event best practice, event technology, presentation design trends and topic specific speakers and creators.

Growth Mindset

Someone who wants to keep learning, developing their skills and evolving their role with a fast growing team.
