The challenge
After hosting Empower virtually for the previous two years, Quickbase wanted to bring Empower 2022 back in person, creating a great opportunity to grow the community by creating brand awareness, developing partner relationships, and educating and inspiring attendees. The event was focused on sharing the exciting growth period that Quickbase had experienced, whilst announcing brand-new product releases, allowing people to have hands-on experience for the very first time.
The solution
We were tasked with creating a balanced experience for all who wanted to attend, hosting the event both in-person and virtually. We needed to find the perfect venue that would allow for an immersive experience for the most amount of attendees—selecting the impressive InterContinental Boston. We were also involved in the production of both the in-person and virtual aspects, building the platform that would broadcast the event online, and managing registration, content, and post-production.
The result
2,000+ partners, prospects and clients attended Empower 2022 across two days, hearing from the Quickbase team and growing key relationships along the way. The event featured engaging content including keynotes from Quickbase’s CEO and Product teams, live demos and sneak peeks, and an “ask me anything” session with Quickbase’s leadership team. Immersive activities including a morning yoga class, a mobile barista and a live violinist set the mood for what would become an event like no other. The use of a range of interactive session types encouraged attendees to take tangible actions away from the event and have a deeper understanding of the company’s current and future growth plans.
