what you’ll be doing

We’re going through an exciting period of growth, helping clients across the world bring their stories to life through the power of events, and we’re looking for some brilliant freelancers to help us capture that. So, if you’re a graphic or motion designer, we would love to have you as an extension of the team!

This role will involve conceptualising, creating, and executing the production of design content. As a key team member, you will own deliverables and provide guidance on all design assets. Working collaboratively within our design studio, your responsibilities will span across various media assets, encompassing digital and social media design, print design, web page design, motion design, and animation. Your role also involves staying abreast of industry trends to present innovative design concepts, as well as preparing concepts, storyboards, and prototypes.

Close cooperation with the Creative Lead, Content and Design Manager, and fellow design team members is essential and you’ll be taking full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring they meet agreed deadlines set by the Content and Design Manager, with a strong emphasis on quality control of design output. 


what you’ll need

1-2 years experience with design portfolio of recent work

In this position, you’ll play a pivotal role in capturing visual identity and translating concepts into visually engaging content. We’re on the lookout for an individual with 1-2 years of design experience and a robust portfolio of recent work to showcase your ability to bring ideas to life through design.

Proficiency in using the Adobe suite

As a key contributor to our creative team, proficiency in the Adobe suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator, is essential. Your adeptness with these tools will empower you to craft compelling visual narratives and contribute significantly to our design projects.

Strong aesthetic skills with graphic design principles knowledge

In the realm of design, every detail matters. This role demands a keen eye for aesthetics and a solid understanding of graphic design principles. Your strong aesthetic skills will be the driving force behind creating visually stunning and impactful designs.

Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate

Your ability to collaborate seamlessly with both our team and clients will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality design solutions, fostering positive relationships.

A love for exploring new formats

Bonus points if you have these!

Proficiency in Cinema 4D and Blender would be a distinct advantage. In addition to experience with AR, sound design and using Audition.
