The Possible Project is a Boston-based youth entrepreneurship centre that teaches students with untapped potential how to start-up and run their own businesses. The Possible Project run numerous events throughout the year and wanted to understand their attendee behaviour and how to increase the ROI from their events.

The emc3 marketing department analysed the data gathered at numerous events over the years and helped The Possible Project define clear audience personas. The emc3 team also analysed industry trends and helped The Possible Project team develop an effective events strategy that they could roll out throughout 2018. The Possible Project have seen a substantial return since clearly defining their target personas and crafting their marketing and messaging to target these disparate groups.
