The challenge

We’ve partnered with the LinkedIn team for over a decade on events ranging in size from 30-3,000 attendees. LinkedIn’s Talent Connect is an international conference series that attracts leaders within the talent acquisition industry from across the globe. We faced a monumental task: to conceptualise, produce and manage a conference that was more creative and innovative than those we had delivered in previous years, and in doing so, enhance the delegate experience and deliver an event that they would never forget.​

The solution

Our creative process was meticulous, committing our time and resources to research and understand the target market for the Talent Connect series. We conceptualised and created a highly innovative, engaging networking space that encouraged and facilitated networking between the delegates, together with quieter breakouts where delegates could spend one-on-one time with members of the LinkedIn team to learn about their latest products and the value that they could add to their business.
