The challenge

The LinkedIn Talent Awards were designed to recognise companies leading the future of work by demonstrating remarkable adaptability, innovation and creativity. To help bring their award ceremony to life, LinkedIn wanted a partner with a proven track record in event planning and management in addition to the ability to think creatively and outside the box.

The solution

With the Talent Awards being held across 7 cities worldwide, it was crucial for them to collaborate with a team that could handle the logistical complexities of coordinating seven events across different regions while still maintaining a cohesive brand identity and high-quality experience. This required our team to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the table, ensuring that each event would be memorable for attendees.

Our team was responsible for designing the trophies, certificates, and frames that award winners would receive on stage and working with LinkedIn to create a luxury experience for the people and organisations in attendance. For this, we helped source unique venues to host the event in each location, utilising LinkedIn’s offices for four events, and working with local suppliers to provide branded centrepieces and beautiful foliage walls to help create a high-end atmosphere for attendees to enjoy the ceremony in.

The result

LinkedIn’s Talent Awards 2023 took place across 7 unique cities over a period of 34 days, bringing together hundreds of business leaders and professionals to celebrate their successes and hear from several inspirational speakers. Guests were greeted with a red carpet entrance, with glamorous decorations and spectacular views. Each menu consisted of a wide range of local cuisines that were specifically chosen for each region.

The ceremonies were followed by an evening networking reception where attendees could connect with their peers and further celebrate the occasion. Those who were fortunate to win an award were also invited to the foliage photo wall where they could pose for a professionally taken photograph and capture the proud moment with their finalist certificates and trophies for those that won.
